We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible!

Most orders ship from our Toronto studio within one to three days of receiving your order.

Cost is based on weight + size and is calculated at the checkout.

You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out.

By default, any item that can be sent via regular post, will be.

It is the cheapest and is usually quite quick but will not include tracking.

Typical shipping time for posted items is 2 to 5 days within Canada,

7-8 days to the US and anywhere from one to four weeks overseas (sorry).

Larger items within North America will be sent via Canpar

( a Canadian carrier that subcontracts to UPS at the border )

and will include tracking upon request.

Typical shipping time for these larger orders is 3 to 5 days within Canada

and 5-7 days to the US.

Larger items going overseas will be sent via post and can take up to a month or more.

There is no tracking and we are not responsible for transit times.

We are happy to send your purchase presented as a gift with a gift note in place of receipt.

Please leave a note at check out or contact us with what you would like the card to say.

( We make handmade cards to have on hand for this purpose ).

For Toronto based customers:
We'd love to meet you in person.

If you would prefer to pick your purchase up,

let us know and we will refund the shipping charges.

Due to the handmade method of production,

there may be times when demand exceeds supply.

In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date,

and give you a chance to reconfirm your order.

If you need something quickly,

please email us and we will get back to you

with your options and costs.

And please note that there may be slight delays

during peak holiday season.
